FREE-FLOATING DESIGN
The Quad-Rail Handguard is a true "free-floating" design which means it only mounts to the receiver and not the barrel. This keeps the barrel from having to support the weight from accessories mounted to the handguard which can cause the barrel to move slightly, making the weapon less accurate.

FOUR MOUNTING RAILS
The Quad-Rail features four picatinny style mounting rails for attaching accessories such as red dot sights, scopes, flashlights, pistol grips, and lasers.

ACCURATE RAIL INDEXING
The unique design of the Quad-Rail allows the mounting rails to be accurately indexed to the weapon. They can be indexed to the picatinny rail on flattop receivers or in any other position desired.

COMPUTER DESIGNED VENTILATION SYSTEM
The ventilation slots on the Quad-Rail are computer designed to allow maximum heat dissipation which keeps the barrel cooler and more accurate. The Quad-Rail can produce up to 80% cooler barrel temperatures than stock handguards.

CNC MACHINED
Made from 6061-T6 Aircraft Aluminum, the Quad-Rail is CNC machined to exacting tolerances from one piece of material, unlike other products which have rails bolted to a tube.

The Quad-Rail is mounted to the receiver by replacing the weapons stock barrel nut with the Quad-Rail barrel nut. Once the new barrel nut is in place, the Quad-Rail simply threads on and is locked in place with a locking ring. Although the installation is simple, special tools are required and is best left to a qualified expert. |

The Quad-Rail is currently available in Three models to fit Carbine and Rifle length weapons from the AR-15 / M-16 family.
* Note: Not for use on .308 caliber weapons. |
