The RTS3 is not just an upgrade, it's a total redesign with a focus on maximum performance and reliability. The sight in the hands of profesionals for a year of testing and competing prior to its release. The result is a proven competitor, placing first overall at the 2024 USPSA Carry Optics National Championship.

The larger performance coated aspherical lens provides a clear field of view for faster target acquisition from the draw and target to target transitions. The aircraft alloy housing has been reinforced and an integrated base plate has been added as well as a new aluminum battery tray to increase reliability on slide mounted applications. 

A new high performance point source LED emitter provides ultra high brightness levels and longer battery life. The emitter is concealed from the elements by a tough LED protective shield to prevent diminished brightness levels over time. Available dot sizes are 3, 6, and 9 moa for use in a wide range of applications. The Hardened Electronics provide increased reliability and the MSS Motion Sensing System (Shake to Wake) will power down the dot to standby mode to save battery life when no motion or vibration is detected for 3 minutes. The dot will power on immediately when motion or vibration has been detected. The RTS3 uses a 12 position manually operated push button intensity switch to provide precision intensity adjustment and previous intensity return. The new user programmable Auto Off feature is set to ON by default, which will turn the sight completely off after 4 hours of inactivity (No Button Presses). You can now turn this feature OFF so the sight will remain in MSS Mode (Shake to Wake) indefinitely. 

The RTS3 uses a CR2032 lithium battery that is contained within an all new aluminum battery tray which permits battery replacement without dismounting the sight; this eliminates the need for re-zeroing when replacing a battery. The battery tray is O-ring sealed, and is part of the IPX7 waterproofing that goes into every RTS3. 

The RTS3 aircraft alloy housing and electronics are designed to handle the hottest loads from large caliber firearms. The adjustment screws provide 1 moa clicks and are locked internally with no external locking screw required, resulting in pin point accuracy.

RTS3B models include direct mounting screws (2x 8-32x1/2 and 2x M4x12) but does not include a mount. The sight can be installed using a C-MORE mounting kit, an aftermarket or custom mount, or directly to the firearm in accordance with the installation instructions.
